Photo Club is a yearly photo session membership that reduces the mental load of planning and scheduling family photos. Instead of paying for sessions all at once or scrambling to book when life is already full, membership spreads the cost into 12 monthly payments, gives you priority access to my calendar, and keeps your gallery active year-round.

But the real value is the relationship. Joining Photo Club tells me your family memories matter, and in return, I intentionally hold space on my calendar just for you. We treat our work together as ongoing — and that comes with perks! Members enjoy a discount on their session, access to mini sessions, and a 20% savings on everything else.

Complimentary Fall Mini Session Day

The point of these is to take one very specific thing off your plate: holiday card photos (you’re welcome!) 

Minis are 15 minutes long, and include 3 free images of your choosing from a gallery of 20+ images, with the option to purchase additional photos.

Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back on one day in peak fall, at a location I choose. You’ll choose your time when the fall calendar is released, and a rain date is always built in.

The real magic here is peace of mind. Knowing you’ll have a quick, easy session dedicated to a fall portrait means you can fully let go during your longer documentary session — no pressure to “get the card shot” while also living your life.

“What if holiday card photos aren’t my thing!?”

No prob. Use your mini for something else entirely: couples photos, a Halloween costume moment, or a “we really should update that frame” photo.

These options allow you to shape your experience and preserve your story in the way that feels right for your family.

They may be included in your membership and spread across monthly payments (when selected during January enrollment), OR, purchased at any point throughout the year.

For options purchased after enrollment, payment is due at the time of booking or purchase.

  • 2 Hour Session: $1300 $1040, or $87/month. Another full-length session you can schedule yourself on the calendar.
  • 1 Hour Session: $750 $600, or $50/month. Perfect for a quick refresh or activity around the house. Not available for self-scheduling or on weekends, must contact me to book.
  • Family Yearbook : $650 $520, or $43/month. 8×8” Layflat Album with 20 spreads (40 pages). Includes complimentary design.

Most Asked questions

Membership prioritizes you — both on my calendar and in our relationship. This matters most during popular seasons (hello, fall) or during times when I simply have less availability for sessions.

Membership also feels more personal. I’ll nudge you if I notice you haven’t booked yet (because life is busy and reminders are helpful), and members receive perks that aren’t available to the general public — like a dedicated fall mini session, self-scheduling, and deeply affordable volume prints. As a bonus, it’s also more cost-effective than booking sessions individually.

Nope. There’s no automatic renewal. After 12 monthly payments, you’ll choose whether to re-enroll for the next year. This gives you flexibility to add or remove options as your family’s needs change from year to year, without feeling locked into anything.

Enrollment opens once a year. Returning members get first access during the third week of January, followed by a short window for new members if spots are available. If you want to keep your spot, renewing during that first week is important. I send plenty of reminder emails during this time, and the timing stays consistent from year to year so it’s easy to plan for.

Yes — with a little context. If you’re already thinking about adding an extra session or an album, it’s usually best to include those during January enrollment. Anything included at that time can be spread across the 12-month payment plan. Options added later in the year are invoiced separately and are subject to current pricing. Your 20% discount will still apply, but locking things in early guarantees the best rate.

You’re welcome to gift a finished album to anyone you like, or order an additional copy for family (your 20% member discount applies). Sessions themselves aren’t transferable to someone outside your household. Membership spots are offered based on working with families who are a great fit, so sessions are intended to be used by the same people the membership was created for.

Life happens. Your first reschedule is complimentary, and we’ll work together to find a new date. If a second reschedule is needed, a one-time rescheduling fee applies (details are in the client contract). There’s never a rescheduling fee for weather, or if I’m the one with the emergency. If a weekend session has to be rescheduled, I can’t always guarantee another weekend date — but I’ll do my best!

Yes! Once you sign up and make your initial payment, you’re free to book as soon as the calendar opens. You’ll receive your gallery on my normal delivery timeline (typically 3–4 weeks after your session), with full download access and your 20% member discount available right away. I’ll also email you anytime new dates are added, so you’re always a step ahead.

I’ll do my best to pick a date that will MOST LIKELY work for the majority of families. It will be in the peak of Fall. If more than half of members have conflicts, I’ll look for an alternative date. Because mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back, they can’t be individually rescheduled like a regular session. If weather doesn’t cooperate, everyone will be moved to the next available rain date at the same time.

An additional session (1, 2, or 4 hour), a family photo album, fine art prints. The only thing it can’t be used on is the 4×6 Shoebox Prints (they’re already priced as a volume perk for members).

Membership benefits are use-it-or-lose-it within the 12-month term and don’t roll over into the following year. That said, I stay in touch throughout the year to make sure you’re actually using what you signed up for: reminders, nudges, and texts included. Albums are the easiest part: if an album is included in your membership, I’ll take the lead on designing it and send it your way for review. No mental load required.
